The VIRA Mud Plant and Warehouse in Khangiran is located near the Mashhad. The Mud Plant will store and utilise OBM which is in blending process and stored

transported by tanker trucks for onshore drilling operations.
A loading and unloading area to the front of the plant will be used for transferring base fluids and drilling fluids to / from dedicated road tankers to supply all rigs.
Incident control will be the responsibility of the Facility Emergency Manager. If the Emergency Services are required control will pass to Controller on arrival at site.
